Project Manager's workshop highlights operational success

BBR Network engineers from the Asia Pacific region attend a workshop in Brisbane.

A highly successful project manager's course has just been completed in Brisbane, Australia. BBR engineers from Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and Australia studied the technical aspects of the BBR VT CONA CMX post-tensioning range as well as shared best practices in operational management, trouble-shooting on site, procurement practices and improvement of productivity during break-out knowledge sharing workshops.

The highlight of the course was undoubtedly the practical sessions conducted at Structural Systems workshop, the BBR Network Member in Australia, involving several hands-on assembly sessions of BBR VT CONA CMX post-tensioning components. The 20 delegates also shared practical experience and different methods for approaching and solving on-site technical and operational challenges.
