European Technical Approvals of CONA CMI BT and SP Internal Post-tensioning Systems available at www.bbrnetwork.com/download

The CONA CMX post-tensioning (PT) range has been complemented with two new European Technical Approvals (ETA):
• BBR VT CONA CMI BT internal PT system with 02 to 61 strands, ETA-09/0286
• BBR VT CONA CMI SP internal PT system with 01 to 61 strands, ETA-09/0287
Internationally, CONA CMI is the most up-to-date and advanced multi-strand PT system on the market. Re-stressable, exchangeable or electrically isolated CONA CMI tendons are available, as well as tendons for cryogenic and nuclear applications. The CONA CMI BT (bearing trumplate) technology allows very small centre and edge distances, while the CONA CMI SP (square plate) system has a more traditional approach with a single plane load transfer.
