A new brochure is now available for download covering the full range of BBR VT Plastic Ducts and associated accessories. The BBR VT Plastic Duct is available in both round and flat profiles with optional longitudinal flow channels to ease with grout placement. Benefits of using plastic ducts instead of traditional light-gauge metal ducts include enhanced corrosion protection particularly in marine or aggressive chloride environments, lower more reliable friction coefficients and reduced risk of strand fretting fatigue.

Additionally, this brochure also showcases various associated accessories. This includes a full range of slip-on couplers for connecting all our plastic ducts together, a new generation of snap-lock couplers which effectively eliminate the need for using heat-shrink sleeves, protective half shells for added durability at tendon low/high points, precast segmental couplers providing state-of-the-art air and water tight connections between ducts in segmental bridge construction, and finally a tight-radius corrugated plastic duct for extremely tight-radii tendon profiles.
